nothing,the room was dirty and the window was open can not be close,noise from cars passing by could not let me sleep.i called the front dest she could not help me,all she said was that she will call her supervisor but showed up
The toilet had large urine stains at the base of the toilet, pillow cases had stains and the bed had hair on the side of the bed sheets. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned just put back together. I will never stay at this or any other extended stay location. This was the only room I could find that was available due to the family and students returning back to college.

My room was cancelled so I paid double for a room in a different location!
Kitchen floor was sticky. Bath floor towel was sopping wet. Wifi was unusable and asked the desk about the premium which was supposed to be 2.5 times faster. That would have actually brought that to dial up speed!! She didn't know how to activate it and the process at the room level didn't work. HD TV was hooked up to an analog cable that piped in standard def poor reception channels. Dump dump dump. Left after looking at room. Room stank and sheets where questionable as if changed from last people. Stains? Very poor condition of room and furnishings

•The staff were tolerant. That's the best way to describe their demeanor. •The room was clean enough. • I left each day at 8am and I never received 1 housekeeping call while I was gone. I had to ask for more towels and wash clothes but they wouldn't bring them to me. New management has been in place for over 9 months but they neglected to attend to some very visible areas which are important to a guest. Scrubbing the (dark) calcium stains in the toilet and cleaning the grate covering the bathroom vent (no doubt been years) were the offenders to me. You only get one chance to make a first impression.

Stayed 3 nights and my room was never cleaned and never got clean towels. The third night the elevator broke and there was not an out of order sign placed on it.

I am sorry you must be unformillar with our brand Extended Stay America specializes in long term stays and low rates. With that we only clean rooms at check out or once a week. If you were a 3 day stay you would not have gotten housekeeping services. The front desk should have explained that all terry and supply needs were waiting for you at the desk if you should have any need. I sincerely apologize that this was not shared with you and hope that it does not detract from you trying our brand again.
