Awful service We booked our stay using the app. When we arrived the gentleman working the desk was with his friends. The gentleman was unable to help us effectively because he had been taking part in what smelt like recreational use. He charged us again for the room we already paid for. He put us in a smoking room with two twin beds and we booked and asked for a queen non smoking.

Don’t go if you want good indoor pool/spa I hate that I used my one free night there. We went so my child could swim and the pool was so cold for an indoor pool. The spa does not work properly. There was a lot of noisy people at night, slamming doors, stomping, hollering. I will never go back there. I wish I would have stayed at the better location l.

Room was not clean upon arriving. No other rooms available so had to wait another 20mins for it to get cleaned... at 11pm.

I booked a room with 2 beds and when I got to the hotel they didn’t have any of those room available.

Smelled dirty pillow case toilet very loud water not very hot no hair dryer. When first enteing room looke like somebody had already been in there the beds looked like someone had been on them. Windows were dirty

I don't ever remember staying at a hotel with such a bad odor, lack of cleanliness or upkeep, and staff that did not seem to care about the many problems that were reported. The 1st room had a toilet seat broken in half, the second had a heating unit that screamed when turned on., the kitchen had no glasses, pots, plates, or even a coffee pot.
