The property looks great from the highway. Inside it smelled like SMOKE and garlic! It was dirty and rundown. The floor in our room was sticky. It was not work what the money we paid but the town was booked up for the UT game. The front desk was agent as no where to be found when we checked in . Garbage cans were overflowing and vomit out front. I would not EVER stay here again.

Don’t waste your money here We came up for the Texas vs Texas Tech football game. We were chargers almost 200 dollars because of the game being in town. Our room was dirty. There was double windows, but the outside windows wouldn’t close so we had to hear the freeway outside all night. The toilet seat fell when I lifted it, and broke in half. I reported it to the front desk, but there was no maintenance person on duty for the weekend so we couldn’t use the toilet. The bathtub was nasty. The bottom was stained a black color. ... read more

Horrible Stay This hotel was not a nice hotel by any means. They jacked the price up due to a football game. The room was stinky, stained sheets, bathtub was dirty and the heater let out the worst smell. I will never stay at this hotel again. They also said it was a queen size bed but it was more like a full size bed.

Not worth the price Room was way overpriced for the value. It smelled of smoke, very noisy parking lot with cars in and out all night. Needless to say we did not get any sleep.
Stay Away !! Terrible from the time we pulled into the parking lot! Went down hill from there

Waaaaaaayyyy overpriced, really bad hotel. On Texas Tech game weekend they chargers me over $300 to stay in a place that looked like it came straight out of a 1970’s B movie about deserted Texas towns. Room and hallways stank of cigarettes and pot. The refrigerator was the same Temperature as inside the room. The phone did not work as the buttons were plucked out of the face of it and it was glued to the desk. I was in town for a family emergency and not realizing that it was a game weekend. They did not have our quad room that we paid for when we arrived for family weekend, so part of our family had to sleep in the floor without pillows or blankets. The room smelled overwhelmingly of dog urine and stale cigarettes. They refused to give us a rollaway, bedding, or a second room. Breakfast the next day was literally on the checkin counter of coffee and teeny muffins. Absolutely a nightmare for almost $500.
