Problems with guests across the hall at 1:00am. Called front desk and they said they'd be right up to check it out. Never came up. 6am guests above our room sounded like they were moving furniture or something. Just decided then to check out and leave.

Room smelled. Room not clean. Other guests played loud music all day and all night. Interstate right next to hotel so loud road traffic. Only thing nice was that it was right next to campus.

Horrible Overall the entire hotel is sketchy, the elevator recommends taking the stair (as in there is a literal note on the door saying to take the stairs) then both the 2nd and 3rd floor hallways stunk we had rooms on both. The 2nd floor was a mix of unpleasant aromas and the 3rd reek end of cigarette smoke with the smell permeating the room. Overall save yourself the pin and stay at the Holiday Inn express

NEVER AGAIN We came at the hotel after a 12 hour drive and they were 12 rooms short. I showed them the confirmation, but they didn't care. They did not have enough cleaning staff and when we finally got a room, we only got it for 1 night instead of the nights we booked. No apologies and customer service of hotels.com also did nothing. Never going there again!

The hotel room was not cleaned well, there was food in the fridge. No pillow cases on the pillows and no comforter on the beds.

ADA Violation (Law Suite TBA) When we got there and checked in got to the room my wife is deaf so naturally we check to make sure closed captioning works and it did not so I went down to the office to let them know that it doesn’t work and needs to be fixed the young lady behind the counter looked aggravated and said she would get the matainance guy to look at it after 30 minutes and another visit to the front desk we finally got the guy to come he said the TVs don’t have them so it probably isn’t going to work I told him th... read more

The bathroom had mold. We arrived from a long trip and my daughter had to use the restroom and she couldn’t. They didn’t have a way to let her. We had to get in out van and find a gas station. There was nothing in the kitchen as listed on the website. The breakfast listed was nothing like what was offered.
