Room was not clean and appeared as though room service never even came in. Very disappointing

It’s very close to Liberty University. Claudy the receptionist was good. The property is old, the pillows are dirty. When we entered the room, I had to request new pillow sheet. Turned out the bed sheet was also dirty. Amenities are minimum.

Hate this place and the evening receptionist. Had me placed under arrest for being suspicious in the parking lot while staying there. I told her I’m staying there. Never again.

Didn’t follow CDC guidelines on masks Front desk person had mask but it didn’t cover his nose. Cleaning staff were not wearing masks.
The first room we went to smelled AWEFUL! It smelled of recently smoked cigarettes, which I thought is supposed to be a "SMOKE FREE" room and facility. It was not. When we asked for a second room, it smelled of old stale food mixed with stale cigarette smoke. We stayed in this one as a disappointing compromise since we were tired and were only staying one night. Not an enjoyable experience.
