Out dated and over priced For starters cheap tacky plexiglass at front desk with painted 2x4’s as a frame. Old, ratty bedding and windows that only opened 4 inches. The smell was so bad we had to buy spray air fresher. Two nights for $400 was robbery for this experience.

Not happy I have three rooms that I booked. Two rooms are fine but, the room i am in smells like cake urine really bad. I did ask for another room but they were sold out. The lady at the front desk came to my room while we were at dinner and sprayed but it did not help at all. She even said how bad it was. Never the less sleeping was not comfortable with havong to have a window open all night and the fan in the bathroom on so air would circulate. Very old and small bed told me i had a queen size bed when it was a full size

This hotel is unacceptable. It stinks so bad you have to experience it to understand. But after a 9 hour drive when I gave my name at the counter, I was greeted with "Oh, are you the Expedia person?" Um what? "Yes, I booked through Expedia. Ok, well we don't have a room for you bc we sold too many." Then she proceeded to check the people behind me in and give them a room. When we arrived there was a wasp in the room. There was no dishes or soap to wash dishes or paper towel or anything even though it had a kitchenette. The management was using covid as an excuse not even to make coffee in the lobby and there was no coffee maker in the room I went to the store to buy creamer and came back to get the coffee maker from the front desk and they were out of coffee for the coffee makers.
