Non-smoking room was definitely a smoking room. The staff were extremely helpful.

It wasn’t very clean in our room . When I went to go take a shower there was a black hair in our shower. There was some kind random black feathers in the closet . The sink started leaking . The A/C would only work when it wanted to . It was either really cold or really hot on the same temp and everything. The bed was hard as a rock . Definitely not worth it . Won’t stay again .

On the Orbitz hotel website, it was mentioned breakfast included in the amenities. Hotel did not provide any breakfast, no daily room cleaning service. It was information posted when I booked the hotel on the Orbitz website, and I paid higher price for no service mentioned in the amenities.They should have updated the service that the hotel providing. Waste of money for customer.

I expected to find hotels extra clean during Covid however it was not the case. Dirty public spaces, the room and bathroom were barely surface cleaned.

Bleh Yuck. Just yuck. Dark, dingy, smelly. No breakfast (need to update their posting), no room cleaning and had to ask for clean towels. It was fairly cheep, no doubt, but I would never stay here again unless I had no other choice. Bleh

The second most disgusting place I've ever stayed in. First night in I had to ask for new towels because all the "fresh" towels in the room were stained. The next morning we realized that the pillows all had yellow stains; the kind caused by human sweat. The bathroom shower had dried gray suds on the wall. The bathroom door had sticky black marks inside and out. Their was a strand of hair stuck to the bathroom ceiling. Nothing seemed to have been wiped down with any effort. I can go on but hopefully you get the idea. .

Rooms were not clean. Food trash left in drawer and in closet, shower would not turn on, stains on walls and in bathroom. We did not stay at this property. Got a refund and booked elsewhere

No breakfast Breakfast not available despite website claiming otherwise. Please update website as travelers make decisions on stays based on amenities.
