Lots of excuses as to why rooms weren’t ready at 7:00 pm. Front desk was extremely rude and yelling at customers. The manager did his best to accommodate tired customers. Once we did get a room, the room was clean. The beds were only doubles and not comfortable . Pillows were old and carpet had stains. Most likely will never stay here again when dropping our child off at college.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. This place should be avoided. Illegal activity was taking place here. Do not bring families.

No hair dryer in the room, no coffee pot in the room but more disappointing is that the room was not cleaned, beds not made , towels not replaced, and trash not emptied at all during our entire stay.

I am not going to use Extended stay America again. Poor service, terrible cleaning quality, stained carpet, smelly restroom. When i reached there for checkin, no one was there and i waited 15 minutes. When receptionist came out of her room, she simply ignored about it. Her behavior was so rude. It was more even more frustrating because it was expensive(146 for one night).

I will never stay at this hotel again and probably not within this corporate chain. Facility is very aged with minimal upgrades and the customer service was horrific. This used to be a nice hotel, there a lot more options in town now that provide a better experience.

AVOID THIS HOTEL!! I stayed here in May of 2021. While I was sleeping, someone who had checked into my same room earlier in the day accessed my room. This was after trying to enter several times. There was nobody at the front desk to address this concern. This place is completely mismanaged. I eventually spoke to the general manager (Hani Mahmood).
