I expected to find hotels extra clean during Covid however it was not the case. Dirty public spaces, the room and bathroom were barely surface cleaned.

Bleh Yuck. Just yuck. Dark, dingy, smelly. No breakfast (need to update their posting), no room cleaning and had to ask for clean towels. It was fairly cheep, no doubt, but I would never stay here again unless I had no other choice. Bleh

The second most disgusting place I've ever stayed in. First night in I had to ask for new towels because all the "fresh" towels in the room were stained. The next morning we realized that the pillows all had yellow stains; the kind caused by human sweat. The bathroom shower had dried gray suds on the wall. The bathroom door had sticky black marks inside and out. Their was a strand of hair stuck to the bathroom ceiling. Nothing seemed to have been wiped down with any effort. I can go on but hopefully you get the idea. .

Rooms were not clean. Food trash left in drawer and in closet, shower would not turn on, stains on walls and in bathroom. We did not stay at this property. Got a refund and booked elsewhere

The hotel is extremely dirty in the room and overall. Staff was nice and amenities were as expected.
Excessive dust on high surface areas like top of refrigerator and other furniture. Furniture in disrepair due to use loose leg fittings on table. Towels were terrible for use. They were not plush and very rough. Amenities were dated. Ceiling smoke detector flashed impacting sleep. This was a old smoke detector. Staff were not always available at desk.
