Dirty bed sheets and stained pillow cases. Floors were not vacuumed. Towels were worn and stained. The table was old and falling apart. The chairs were stained and dirty. I will never return to this hotel. Very disappointed.

Bad condition The facility is run down. The elevator is barely working and we got stuck on it for a couple of minutes. We started taking the stairs and the hand rail from the 3rd floor is broken. Luckily I have good balance as I could have fallen on the stairs. The price for this poor of a conditioned hotel is too high. There is no breakfast provided.

Upon arrival our room was dusty cold and had no usb for charging. We had to ask for a blow dryer at the desk. The bed was way to soft for someone with back issues so we had to flip the mattress over to salvage a nights sleep. The attendant that night was as helpful as could be, so no fault on the staffs part.

I've been to a motel (out of necessity) & it was white glove spotless comoared to this place! My room looked alright at first glance but then i went to the bathroom... there were what looked like pubic hairs in the sink, the shower had that soap scum film & other indicators showed it hadnt been cleaned. Then i went to the kitchen ... There were food crumbs in the cracks/seams, the refrigerator also had food crumbs in it, looking at it you could see it hadnt been cleaned. Dirty bathroom, dirty bedsheets, no toilet paper in room, breakfast food items were pathetic

This kitchen was gross. There were fingerprints and dirt on the refrigerator handle and door. Also the counter was not wiped down. I had my husband go get cleaner and I disinfected the place. The price is better than other hotels around this area, but I was very dissappointed with the cleanliness. The service at the counter is just ok. It was nothing to write home about. I seriously doubt I will be going back.
