Miscommunication between Travelocity and Hotel caused my reservation not to exist in the system. Hotel was booked solid without my reservation.

Upon check in, our bed sheets were dirty with a brown smear on them. Also pieces of hair on the bathroom sink. The tub was stained brown. The property advertised breakfast, it was only coffee and granola bars. The only perk to this hotel is close proximity to LU.

Close to LU, are rm was not cleaned properly. Toothpaste on the mirror,dirt wash cloth left in the bathroom, tub did not drain, no soap, shampoo, or toilet paper in the bathroom.

There was one older white haired man that really tried to be friendly and helpful. Other than him, there were not friendly or helpful staff. When going out to smoke, There were a lot of men hanging out and drinking so I did not feel safe. I got as close as I could to the designated area but I was the one who the staff chose to address. Terrible! But staff friendly. Location great. Terrible! Location was fantastic because of visiting LU. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything else was horrible! Main entrance doors were cumbersome, and slam and loudly bang shut. Lobby is non-existent. There were 3 of us standing there, and barely enough standing room related to luggage carts and elevator. Our room was dirty! Visible dirt in the bathtub and on the kitchen cabinets. Trash bags didn't fit the baskets. Drink rings on the nightstand. TV was super tiny! ... read more
