Hi! I was at an event and didn’t get to the hotel property until after 11:30pm. I was unaware that after 11:00 I couldn’t check in. However, I was still charged for the room and had to find another local hotel to spend the night

The room was very small and the way too hot , the moment we walked in there was a smell in the room. But putting on the air conditioner to cool the room down did not help. At night if u went to bathroom you can smell cigarette smoke .. through the vents. It would be great to open a window to get some air but it was double Paine glass. The continental breakfast was muffins and packets of oatmeal. Tea and coffee. I was just not expecting this .. the staff was nice but the room really was a disappointment. Horrible place to stay!!!! This hotel is way overpriced . We couldn’t sleep at all because the laundry machine was shaking the whole building. We thought it was an earthquake. When we called the reception, they didn’t care at all and said they had to run the washing machine. Even after midnight, they had several loads of laundry. It’s not only comfort issue, it’s also safety concerns. They don’t have breakfast area; we had to grab the coffee and a granola bar, so that we eat it in the room. Below average Bad smell throuout our floor. 'Free breakfast'' was a joke... Muffins in a plastic bag and oatmeal... Room was OK, but no dishes in our suite, no hairdryer...
