I requested and received a nonsmoking room, however, the carpet and linen wreaked of cigarette smoke. I have asthma and couldn't sleep.

Front desk person was very rude and they have only one room, While I booked the room long time before. The room and bed was not been done they didn’t change bedsheets and there are no pillows on the bed. Bathroom was very dirty no one can stay for a moment. I ask the front desk lady to change the room and she doesn’t want to change the room neither she doesn’t want cancel My reservation. I absolutely want to full return on this reservation.

Horrible check-in, Unclean, Breakfast is a joke Horrible! 1) Check-in was the worst experience ever! Front desk lady said they don’t have access to emails and can’t receive changes to our booking. 2) She ran my ID and said someone else is coming up!!! That’s unheard of! 3) I think front desk lady was just trying to make it difficult for us as she may have been racist. 4) Room was so dirty! Room furniture, TV, kitchen, and bathroom are all out dated. Bathroom had water damaged wall. Shower and sink water sprayed very thin water pattern. My room card stopped working after the first day. Staff were hard to find at the front desk. Elevator was glitchy. Hall way smelled funny. Room was fairly clean, so I guess I got what I paid for.
