Description and pictures are misleading. I purposely booked this hotel and payed extra for free breakfast and very disappointed with it. It is not the usual breakfast we get from other hotel. Room does not have hair dryer, no coffee machine. The room floor is sticky. The coffee on lobby is actually part of breakfast. Stale muffins, granola bars, and packet oatmeal with horrible coffee is served for breakfast.

Bad Customer Service Staff was not friendly. Lobby was non-existence, breakfast was pathetic. Rooms were muggy. Staff not available in lobby as they should have, overall very bad experience and won't stay here again.

Restroom door locks are not working . It’s really difficult when 3-4 people sharing the same room .

We were on the 5th floor and our room violently shook bc of the laundry machines on the 1st floor. They refused to shut off the machines and would not guarantee they would be shut off at any time. The beds floor furniture and cabinets all shook and rattled. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. It was nauseating, our kids were crying it was awful. I had an event that was scheduled for Saturday night, May 20, 2023 that got postponed to another date, so I needed to change my reservation to a later date. I had no reason to drive 2 hours to stay at a hotel for no reason, and the hotel did not allow me to change my reservation to another date.
