Shaking room My experience was to be honest not good. When I arrived in my room I noticed that the whole room was shaking and really loud. I called the front desk immediately and she told me that it’s because of the laundry room. I asked is this gonna be happening all day and night and she said no. Expedia gave me reservations and a confirmation number but when I got there they said they were fully booked and I showed up at 11 :30 p.m.

No hot water- unable to shower Check in was fine, however after a couple of hours we discovered there was no hot water. Called the front desk and was told they were working on it, and should be back on in 45 minutes to 1 hour. 2 hours later still no hot water. Made arraignments to stay at another hotel in the area and checked out. The person at the front desk was apologetic, but said she was not authorized to refund my money, because I booked thru your site. Please look into this problem and return the money to my account.
