Mala atención y hospedaje He tenido una experiencia muy desagradable, desde el inicio del check in pueden inclusive chequear en las cámaras la persona que nos recibía, muy grosera y se demoró demasiado, yo tenía que descansar para irme a trabajar hoy fue fatal, he tenido anteriormente buenas experiencias en este hotel y pues esta no fue nada buena, la habitación estaba con el baño sucio y poca limpieza, por favor busquen la opción de darme crédito de esta estadía que no estoy conforme

Go Somewhere Else We had to stay in a hotel while our apartment was being renovated and chose this hotel because it was pet friendly and had a kitchenette with table/cookware included. Not only was our room dirty, we had roaches in the kitchenette, we had to request the table/cookware and were told we'd be up charged for appliances that were supposed to be included. The room was not clean. There were hairs on the bed, the bathroom, and on the towels. Very disgusting! There was a foul odor as if the place had flooded at some point. Musty and sewer like.

The room which they assigned me it was shaking like earth quake due to washing machine underneath floor it is washing machine unit and when I asked to reception to change the room they said u can do check out if u do not like.
