I discovered bed bugs in my bed and have to wait for the manager to come in to get a refund. No written documents could be given to me. Only a post-it note left for the manager. Totally unacceptable and the worker did not apologize or seemed to be concerned.

The first room I was offered there was urine in the washroom. I was disgusted and asked for a different room and the one I got had hair all over the blanket. Worse place to ever go - I will never return and strongly recommend against staying here.

The staff was nice. The property was not what would be expected from a hotel. There was no hot water for 3 days and we were told that there were a lot of people staying there, so it was expected. The outlets in the bathroom did not work. The person at front desk said that they would have it looked at - That never happened. To get new towels we were required to bring dirty towels down to front desk. Very disappointed and will never stay there again. Not sure about the Extended Stay brand.

Hi! I was at an event and didn’t get to the hotel property until after 11:30pm. I was unaware that after 11:00 I couldn’t check in. However, I was still charged for the room and had to find another local hotel to spend the night

The room was very small and the way too hot , the moment we walked in there was a smell in the room. But putting on the air conditioner to cool the room down did not help. At night if u went to bathroom you can smell cigarette smoke .. through the vents. It would be great to open a window to get some air but it was double Paine glass. The continental breakfast was muffins and packets of oatmeal. Tea and coffee. I was just not expecting this .. the staff was nice but the room really was a disappointment. No ice, coffee wasn't hot, stale muffins. I will NEVER stay there again. Horrible for $200
