Horrible place to stay!!!! This hotel is way overpriced . We couldn’t sleep at all because the laundry machine was shaking the whole building. We thought it was an earthquake. When we called the reception, they didn’t care at all and said they had to run the washing machine. Even after midnight, they had several loads of laundry. Below average Bad smell throuout our floor. 'Free breakfast'' was a joke... Muffins in a plastic bag and oatmeal... Room was OK, but no dishes in our suite, no hairdryer...

The very not so subtle argument between the front desk staff was completely out of line. Room was decent, I will say the room was very clean. When you read it says breakfast don’t think it’s waffles & stuff like that it’s literally just hot water, coffee & a couple granola bars in the check in area that you take to go.

I found the room stunk with some aerosol spray which tried to cover a dank smell from the carpet. The elevator took 2 minutes to arrive after pressing button and slowly moved to your deck (SUPER SLOW!). The person behind the counter seemed to be "bothered" by my presence at the front desk. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
