Need to be retrained in customer service The front desk attendent rufused to give us items that should have been available to us to prepare food for my family. Also, we were placed on top of a industrial washer machine which woke us at 3am in the morning out of our sleep. We thought it was another earthquake smh and it continued for a few hours

It was dirty full of cockroaches the handyman came in when we were getting ready to have breakfast to fumigate the room. the bathtube shower head was loose not enough water coming out. I was on the 5th floor the hallway was dirty and smelly. There was lots of noise late at night and early in the morning.The staff were not all friendly.

Dead Roach on the Sink! Clearly they didn’t clean the bathroom. There was a dead roach on its back on the sink. We were so disgusted we didn’t want to step foot in the shower. What an inconvenience! Old furniture and rusty stove. Not worth the almost $200 we paid. They have a lot of nerve overcharging for that dingy room in an OLD HOTEL.
