It was a smoke free hotel but our room REEKED of smoke and when we complained both days they said they couldn’t do anything but “spray it down”. The staff were not exactly welcoming. The people on our floor were extremely loud.

The majority of the staff were rude, they weren’t helpful, the hotel didn’t have anything in the area. There were people on the property that were loud even into later hours of the night. Our key continually quit working, we had to have them reprogram every other day and every time you had to speak with the front desk staff they acted like it was a burden to do their jobs.

I checked in for one night. Upon checking in I found roaches in the kitchen area. Room was dirty. I took videos showed the lady at the front desk. She stated there is nothing she could do. She referred me to an email I have yet to get a response.

9:30 pm, check in. After opening the door to our room we heard the banging clanking of the AC fan. 80 degrees today so the AC is a must. inquiring at the front desk and Front desk attendant, Destiny, said there's nothing she can do except tell me to wait until the morning to call maintenance or call guest services tomorrow. (we're here one night) I asked if there was something she could do. she retorted "I gave you 2 options but you don't want to listen." Roaches Roaches. Left the first night and found a different hotel. They wouldn’t refund the first night despite me not staying. Avoid at all costs. Pay more somewhere else and sleep better.

Worst experience here ever I Had To Call The Cops Just To Get My Key Card Renewed, From the moment I checked in the whole side of the second floor smelled like smoke and my room smelled like smoke mostly in bathroom area
