We were on the 5th floor and our room violently shook bc of the laundry machines on the 1st floor. They refused to shut off the machines and would not guarantee they would be shut off at any time. The beds floor furniture and cabinets all shook and rattled. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. It was nauseating, our kids were crying it was awful. I had an event that was scheduled for Saturday night, May 20, 2023 that got postponed to another date, so I needed to change my reservation to a later date. I had no reason to drive 2 hours to stay at a hotel for no reason, and the hotel did not allow me to change my reservation to another date. Shaking room My experience was to be honest not good. When I arrived in my room I noticed that the whole room was shaking and really loud. I called the front desk immediately and she told me that it’s because of the laundry room. I asked is this gonna be happening all day and night and she said no. Expedia gave me reservations and a confirmation number but when I got there they said they were fully booked and I showed up at 11 :30 p.m.
