Terrible service and area is not the best. I had ro go and get my own plate, fork and knife and eaited 10 minutes before someone was at the front desk when they could not leave they stated.

I've never written a review but this one I just had to. Where do I start....besides the room being FILTHY, especially the bathroom (mold, cigarette stains on the counter, dirty tub) there was a stench that punched us in the face as soon as we walked in the room. We left the windows opened but it made no difference. I had Lysol wipes and used them on practically every surface there was. Breakfast included...I beg to differ!!! The worker of the front desk is not kind at all. She didn't say hello to the guests. There is not hair dryer, coffee machine, cup ... There is no line of phone.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever Worst hotel I have ever been in. On our second night we didn't have any hot water. Apparently if the washer is going there is no hot water in the guest rooms. Stayed here so I could cook my breakfast before participating in the NY marathon. They didn't have dishes for me to use. Who travels with their own dishes? I was given 2 mugs, 2 spoons and 3 paper cups. Never again The cleanliness wasn’t clean, the room smelled, the hotel was noisy kids running up and down the while night, the beds and pillows was not comfortable and their was no one to clean the rooms that was extra. Only the staff was good.

Pretty run down hotel. Water pressure in shower is non existent. Pillows are like not having any pillows at all. Super uncomfortable hotel.
