Worst Hotel Experience Ever Worst hotel I have ever been in. On our second night we didn't have any hot water. Apparently if the washer is going there is no hot water in the guest rooms. Stayed here so I could cook my breakfast before participating in the NY marathon. They didn't have dishes for me to use. Who travels with their own dishes? I was given 2 mugs, 2 spoons and 3 paper cups. Never again The cleanliness wasn’t clean, the room smelled, the hotel was noisy kids running up and down the while night, the beds and pillows was not comfortable and their was no one to clean the rooms that was extra. Only the staff was good.

Pretty run down hotel. Water pressure in shower is non existent. Pillows are like not having any pillows at all. Super uncomfortable hotel.

I came back from a night exploring the city and our key cards werent working its 2:00 am and the lady at the desk tells me I am gonna have to speak to a manager in the morning.

The bad attitude and general negative vibe of new jersey did not fail. The worst experience ever. Hotel gave away my husbands hotel room THAT HAD BEEN FUULY PAID. That’s FRAUD. I will take my complaints as high as they’ll go for compensation on this one.

Terrible terrible no Hot water The stay was absolutely horrible. We had no hot water. Because something was wrong with hot water tank in room. We had to boil hot water on the stove top provided. We were told we were supposed to get a discount. I have not heard of anything Becuase we booed on Expedia.
