Said there was breakfast. Breakfast was a very small cart with limited to non stocked with 4 individual wraps food options such as a muffin or granola bar.

Too many people smoking at the entrance of the property. Breakfast had nothing noteworthy. Basic amenities like body lotion was also not provided.

Estancia de terror Ha sido lo más horrible como experiencia ese establecimiento no puede llamarse hotel más bien es una asquerosidad donde el personal no te atiende como un cliente sino cómo un indigente. Es sucio, las toallas viejas y desflecadas, mal olor en los pasillos y el ascensor estuvo dañado. Dicen que el desayuno está incluido pero no hay un desayuno solo café y muffins
Heavy Tobacco smell and the hotel refused to re room saying they are over booked . Expedia also failed to provide customer service towards a remedy, hiding behind the statement Of “ non refundable “ and failure at securing a clean and decent room from its allied hotels
It was horrible a/c not working elevators not working I am handicapped I walk with cane and I had to walk up stairs to the 5 th floor. The service was horrible at 1 am they called and offered a different room to have a/c that was working. I didn’t take it because I had to done flights of stairs and pack everything back up no thanks. I will never stay at any other of their hotels if all the service is the same. Just really bad experience over all!
