The property was ok but the service in the lobby receptionist was terrible unfriendly staff

Staff so rude. Totally ignored people standing in the lobby waiting to be waited on. The outside of the property had trash and dog poop all over the lobby front entrance. Rooms were decent on cleanilness.

Filthy dirty hotel. Mold in shower and leak marks all over ceiling. Fire sprinklers not up to code. No bathroom in “Lobby”. Also it would be nice to mention the pet fee that comes with the stay instead of having that as a surprise. Would have stayed somewhere else if I knew it would have been another $30 per night to have my dog.

I would not every suggest to stay at this property , very rude staff. There elevator was broke , so they only had 1 and when that one didn't work , had to climb 5 flights of stairs.

The bathroom was leaking and the toilet was blocked up they didn’t give us another room to stay in

The first thing I noticed as soon as I got there was that the hotel smelled like literal garbage. There was a half eaten bowl of oatmeal sitting on the bench outside, which I thought was pretty gross and a terrible first impression. The hotel is in a lone area, and looks creepy. There was construction going on in the lobby and one of the elevators didn’t work so we had to go upstairs on several occasions. wont stay there again staff starting with check in guy demeanor very rude also rude to guest checking in behind me who asked to use bathroom.. he said "we have no public bathrooms you are just gonna have to wait" Gave me eye roll and face when i told him i did not bring a pet..room smelled funny
