This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever ATTEMPTED to stay at. I walked into a dark lit, dingy lobby where I waited 10 minutes before I found a phone to call someone to come to the front desk. I wrote this off as it was 9pm, maybe after hours at this point . I went to my assigned room, when I opened the door I was hit with the most awful smell of cigarettes/smoke. The grab and go breakfast provided at hotel is good for nothing. Please consider there is no breakfast at hotel The air conditioner/heater makes lot of noise, hardly we had any sleep in the night And the morning staff person doesn't even bother to answer in a courteous manner

Hotel manager charged me no show fee, they had no power whole hotel was dark, and closed! And they changed me no show fee cause I didn’t want to stay there! Disrespectful AND RUDE!!!!!! No them or expedia bother to refund me, SHAME ON YOU!
