The bathroom was leaking and the toilet was blocked up they didn’t give us another room to stay in

The first thing I noticed as soon as I got there was that the hotel smelled like literal garbage. There was a half eaten bowl of oatmeal sitting on the bench outside, which I thought was pretty gross and a terrible first impression. The hotel is in a lone area, and looks creepy. There was construction going on in the lobby and one of the elevators didn’t work so we had to go upstairs on several occasions. wont stay there again staff starting with check in guy demeanor very rude also rude to guest checking in behind me who asked to use bathroom.. he said "we have no public bathrooms you are just gonna have to wait" Gave me eye roll and face when i told him i did not bring a pet..room smelled funny

This property is not in a condition for paying customers to sleep. The heater smells like it's burning, a plastic bag was covering the fire alarm, the room was freezing but heater was broken, lamp was broken, a frame looked like it was removed, cleaniness wasn't great and it wasn't a pleasant experience. I decided to not even stay at the property I paid for which is why i requested a refund and wasnt given one.

Jersey We have been staying there for 5yrs now and each year it has gone downhill,
Hotel is so dirty that is never cleaned from lobby to elevator, corridor, and hotel rooms. Bad Smell everywhere even though hotel says non-smoking hotel. Bad smoke smells every where too. Who work kitchen is also checking in and out.

Horrible service Stayed in a room and the water in the bathroom want not heavy at all to too that the whole hotel smell like smoke and they charge me 266 for smoking which I don’t smoke and never smoke in the room
