Keep away Upon check in no staff on duty, had to call and wait 10 minutes for them to come to desk. Requested non smoking room, clearly room was smoked in. Bed, sheets and pillows all smelled and uncomfortable. Heat HVAC loud and either too hot or too cold. Shower head a joke. Coudnt wait to check out. One and done.

Was there for 5 days .they didn't clean the room once. No security. No attention after hours

Horrible, odeur nauseabondante dans les couloirs qui laisse un gour acre dans la gorge. Petit dejeuner nest pas un petit dejeuner juste une cafetiere de cafe et des barres de cereales et muffins du commerce sans intérêt. En plus cafeteriere vide de cafe et le personnel ne la rempli pas meme en lui demandant.

I only stayed 2 nights, my only complaint is that free breakfast was part of my booking and it wasn't nothing closed to a breakfast was just coffee and some snacks. Is a shame to be offering some breakfast and been serving this. For a quick stay and if you don't care about breakfast is good to stay here.

The bed was comfortable. The stove did not work. The hair dryer did not work. The bathroom smelled. The clerk left a message for the manager but nothing was done. I use lower cost hotels to save money so I am use to what you get in that case. This was not a place I would stay again.

It was an extended stay property with a kitchen but there was nothing in the room. No dishes, pots or pans, no extra blankets or pillows, not even any lotion or conditioner. I get that they expect you to bring your own stuff but seriously? Why pay over $100 a night and get nothing?? There was also a dog staying in one of the other rooms that howled for 2 solid hours when I was trying to fall asleep. I will NEVER be staying at an Extended Stay America again.

Disappointed The room was large but not very nice. The kitchenette was dated and there were no supplies (no dishes, pots, pans or even cutlery.)

I liked that we were close enough to Metlife to see stadium. Other than that this was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and would suggest you stay elsewhere. One room never had bed made, and dirty towels in bathroom. 2nd room smelt terrible and shower had hair dried onto walls. Bed had flatten pillows (3 on queen bed), and was extremely uncomfortable. Recliner was more comfortable. Had to use own clothing for pillow and blanket, was not willing to sleep underblankets due to dirty condition of rooms.
