Horrible. The room smelled dirty and musty. The air conditioner was broken. Front desk staff said there was nothing they could do as there manager was gone for the day. After speaking to 2 diff people, they finally called the manager who greeted me (the customer) with “WHAT.” Again, after multiple complaints and back and fourth all that was offered was a 5% discount equivalent to $7. Would never return. Would never recommend. Ruined my day/night. All the back and fourth mad early me late to my event. Disaster. Horrible servi... read more

Horrible TV reception

Disappointing Disgusting Disorganized. Don't stay! Do not stay at this hotel. I am a regular business traveller who often ends up in these types of hotels, but this was unacceptable. To provide an abridged version of the experience. I arrived late at night (3am) and there was no one at reception. I had to call a number to wake the reception-person up. They gave me my key which did not work on the door until it was replaced 3 times. When I finally entered the room it had not been made up (garbage and towels all over). I retur... read more

Huge let down It was awful. I have stayed at these chained before (various locations) and it was a complete surprise to even have to write this. There was a strange odor in the halls and our room. The room was dirty and had to use a sheet to cover the chair due to some staining on it. Asked for a different room and didn’t have any. No manager/supervisor on staff. Had to wait to check in as there wasn’t anyone at the desk. Was given the run around when asking for a refund.
