Never Again I would not recommend using Hotels.com first of all. 1. Got to the hotel at 3:15 pm; check-in was 3:00 pm. 2. Booked 2 rooms. Would not give the 2nd room to us because I wanted to change the name for payment. I wanted to pay for both rooms. I had ID, and the person whose name it was on the room had ID. 3. The receptionist said the hotel can't change a 3rd party's booking to their own hotel. 4. Had to call Hotels.com. 1st time on hold and got hung up on. 2nd attempt hung up on again. Horrible hotel staff, they treat you badly, they don't want to attend to you, to enter the hotel you must wait for the exact time, they don't even allow 10 minutes before, but for you to leave, they do it 1 hour before, horrible experience

The entire 5th floor smelled of dog feces and urine. Staff did NOTHING to fix the smell which permeated the entire floor. It was a joke among everyone on the floor. One guest put a plugin in the hallway. The entire place is FILTHY and I mean FILTHY. The 5th floor carpet was not vacuumed the entire 3 weeks I was there, my room not cleaned, probably lucky because I clean better than they do. The only GOOD THING about this place is the location. For 2 days there was no Internet service and could not get compensated for the lost. I had to drive out to Macdonalds to use their free WiFi. There is no daily room service and the free breakfast is not cooked

Don’t go before 3pm because they don’t allow you to check in early and there’s no bathroom in the lobby

Burn holes in the carpet, and roaches in the room. Not to mention the fact that during the night that place started shaking as if it was going to fall down. The lady who assisted me was very rude and unprofessional. Definitely disappointed, thankfully I was only staying for one night, most of the night i couldn’t sleep and spent half the time in my car after seeing the bugs. smelled terrible in the area as soon as you get out the car of a swamp the location carries an unpleasant odor. It is the cheapest hotel for a reason. Be very careful booking last minute. VERY CAREFUL they will accept reservations last minute. Not provide a room then charge you for it and claim a no show. Whether you attempt to get a room or not.
