Burn holes in the carpet, and roaches in the room. Not to mention the fact that during the night that place started shaking as if it was going to fall down. The lady who assisted me was very rude and unprofessional. Definitely disappointed, thankfully I was only staying for one night, most of the night i couldn’t sleep and spent half the time in my car after seeing the bugs. smelled terrible in the area as soon as you get out the car of a swamp the location carries an unpleasant odor. It is the cheapest hotel for a reason. Be very careful booking last minute. VERY CAREFUL they will accept reservations last minute. Not provide a room then charge you for it and claim a no show. Whether you attempt to get a room or not. Never in my 15 years of travelling... I have never complained about any run down hotels/motels but this is by far absolutely the worse. From the front desk not having any kitchen supplies in stock that is advertised to the loud bangs that weren't controlled due to the Front Desk woman sleeping on the job ignoring calls. We went downstairs to find her asleep in the back, rubbing her eyes - makeup all messed up - 100% sleeping at 7PM. 1. Room was smelly (like rotten fish), even after keeping window open, and using room spray! Seemed like they may have issues w/drainage that was kicking back into the room. 2. Hall way was smelling too (like someone puked) 3. Kitchen did not have any utensils in the room. Had to ask, but was provided only the next day. 4. Stove top had so much soot on it that it was sticking to the utensils. Now an extra effort to scrub the soot off utensils becomes an additional chore. 5. Stove top does not heat efficiently. Not a good choice We meant to book the extended stay hotel about 5 minutes down the road which seemed very nice and staff was very nice and helpful. However, our reservation was at this hotel. When we arrived, we realized our mistake and we had to move. This hotel was dirty, smelly and staff was not helpful. There was Bullet proof glass at front desk and designated parking for police cars!

Compared with other hotels around. Their amenities and breakfast is not good. Costumer services is not great either.
