Do NOT stay here. Absolute garbage. This place was an actual nightmare and ruined our entire trip. I stayed here with my best friend, and throughout the night both beds, and the rest of the room even, would shake us awake over and over again. Around 3am we tried to go downstairs to ask what in the world was happening, but because they don’t have anyone working the front desk at night, you’re on your own. I was not happy with my stay here. I booked here because I was going to the Jet game and the hotel was by the stadium. This hotel doesn't have shuttle service to the stadium from the hotel. Any hotel near a stadium should have shuttle service to the stadium, considering it's illegal to walk to the stadium by State Law.

Customer service at front deak was rude and nasty.I got off my flight and cane to aee if there was a room ready around 1ish( yes i know chexk in was @ 3). Had to wait for sercicw for 10 min b4 i was even acknowledged. Ask if there was a room ready and lady at deak (with nasty attitude) said no check in is at 3 all rooms as being cleaned iwas like ok is there a restroom or area i coild sit and wait she no only reatrooms are in rooms. So all in all would was awful.customer service and room way overpriced

This was not a place I would revisit again! shady people staying there! The rooms were not cleaned during our stay! Mold in the bathroom! And a terrible smell when you open your room door! The beds were small full size! Elevator was also dingy and dirty.

Terrible smell in the hall ways, no hot water, and bad service with employees that have no desire to help, especially the gal at front desk with no uniform.
