Very filthy and rude staff

The hotel turned us away upon arrival and we never stayed

Pretty dirty the hall ways, no house cleaning, practically almost all homeless people and people like me (not aware the situation) are staying. In addition, my flight was late and couldn’t check in after 11pm and marked as no-show and cancelled my paid reservation and reject refund also.

It was a smoke free hotel but our room REEKED of smoke and when we complained both days they said they couldn’t do anything but “spray it down”. The staff were not exactly welcoming. The people on our floor were extremely loud.

The majority of the staff were rude, they weren’t helpful, the hotel didn’t have anything in the area. There were people on the property that were loud even into later hours of the night. Our key continually quit working, we had to have them reprogram every other day and every time you had to speak with the front desk staff they acted like it was a burden to do their jobs.
