Stay only if desperate. This location is stark. The staff are quite good,and friendly. But there was often trash in the hallway leading to the elevators. Cigarette burns on the walls of the elevators and on the counter in our room. Curtains were inoperable. Our last night was totally disrupted by a fire alarm at 12:30 a.m. No fire located. Needless to say all guests had very little sleep that night. I recommend someone from corporate visit this site soon. Complimentary coffee, etc. was meager at best.

I will never return to this place, the room they gave me smells like curry. I asked to change they said we are fully booked which is bs because the one person staff did not feel like working. I wanted ice he said there is no ice machine on property. I went to the room to pour me a drink there were no plastic cups as you would expected. I went down to the reception to ask for plastic cups, I received dirty ones that I need to wash then use . Bad experience,!!!!

Never Again I would not recommend using Hotels.com first of all. 1. Got to the hotel at 3:15 pm; check-in was 3:00 pm. 2. Booked 2 rooms. Would not give the 2nd room to us because I wanted to change the name for payment. I wanted to pay for both rooms. I had ID, and the person whose name it was on the room had ID. 3. Horrible hotel staff, they treat you badly, they don't want to attend to you, to enter the hotel you must wait for the exact time, they don't even allow 10 minutes before, but for you to leave, they do it 1 hour before, horrible experience

The entire 5th floor smelled of dog feces and urine. Staff did NOTHING to fix the smell which permeated the entire floor. It was a joke among everyone on the floor. One guest put a plugin in the hallway. The entire place is FILTHY and I mean FILTHY. For 2 days there was no Internet service and could not get compensated for the lost. I had to drive out to Macdonalds to use their free WiFi. There is no daily room service and the free breakfast is not cooked
