It smelled horrible. Beds were awful. Floors were sticky. Absolutely awful accommodations and would like a refund

Full capacity, so they cancelled us! We can only assume we were cancelled because we booked through an outside booking site and not directly through Extended Stay. We were called just a few hours before our checkin to advise they were at full capacity and had no room for us! They did provide us with a room at another, more distant Extended Stay, at the same rate, but much more inconvenient and distant from our activities. Staff was unprofessional, they would yell in hallways and slam doors early on the morning. Especially the front desk staff sounded like a jet plane, refridgerstor broke Dogs barking for hours at night No breakfast

Horrible place! I booked a non smoking room and my room smell super bad of cigarets and weed. The smell was everywere. My friends were in rooms near me and their rooms smell super bad too. My room was 201 that is in front of the stair that goes to the pool and it was pple smoking weed there so the smell got into my room. During check out i said something but obviously was too late.
