They should put up new photos to show how dirty the rooms are and worse of all the inside smelled terribly

Reservation is worthless Made reservation on hotels.com. Got to hotel to check in and a very rude female employee informed me they didn’t have a room for me , I’ve already been charged for the room they don’t have AND she couldn’t tell me who to contact to get a refund .

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in I arrived late due to traffic (around 10pm). The air condition didn’t work and it was humid. The floor was sticky. It smelled like stale smoke and mold. The smoke detector was removed from the room. People were outside sleeping in cars. Lightbulbs were missing from lamps. I tried calling because per listing, there’s 24/7 front desk service. No one answered. It was such a bad experience. I didn’t feel safe. The owner should be ashamed.

Hotels.com sells rooms at homelesss helters Extend America expects you to stay in a Hotel for homeless and all the problems that come with that. Once I saw this situation, I asked for a refund. Extend America refused. I called Hotels.com. They were nice but refused to issue a refund. I did not feel safe and I was carrying tools on a trailer. I left, I used Hotel.com to get a known hotel to me 90 miles away. Im going to avoid using Hotels.com for hotels in the future and I'll never stay at extend america in the future.
