The first room I was placed in... I was highly upset about it and the women who placed us in that room had bad customer service but the next morning I love the lady who took care of us the whole time we where there she had the best service ever and moved us to the the second floor

We did not stay at the facility, we were greeted by roaches in the hallway and there was one in the room... I have pictures this is horrible and I will never stay at a extended stay again because there no way that there should be full blown of roaches in a hotel...

Our housekeeping staff takes pride in what they do daily and we also have processes in place to double check each room prior to occupancy by the next guest. We fell short in our processes and are reviewing them so that this does not happen again. Nothing the property is very old but its worth the price
