Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at Absolutely horrible. The whole hotel smelled of weed from the ground floor to the third floor. Staff would not do anything about it. When confronted about it, they stated “yeah we know but we can’t do anything about it”. The second room we got moved into had half of a cheeseburger from a fast food restaraunt behind our nightstand. Not again. It was quiet and looked clean. For it to be a non-smoking room, the room smelled like cigarette smoke and it had baby roaches.

Very unhappy customer I was very disappointed with my stay. My room at roaches and dirty bed sheets. My tv only showed 4 channels. I called to report Eve and was told they didn’t have any more rooms available. I always book with Extended Stay but never Sybil this location. I was told that it wiould receive a call from the manager but never received a call .
