The entire place place smelled of mold and mildew and our room had a leaky toilet. Will not be back.

There were roaches in the room, broken cabinets in the bathroom, bathroom stinks!

Poor keep up The floor we were assigned to had a flood and was being dried. The room had no security arm on the door. The door looked like it was broken into. We had to pass the key card numerous times to get in. You can only use the feont doors. Other doors wither had broken handles on out aide or the key card wouldnt open them. Would never stay their again

I did not get a room! I did not receive any notification from hotel about rooms not being available due to broken water line and a bunch of rooms closed. Zero communication, no reimbursement offered either. I needed to find another hotel and transportation late at night on my own.

I DID NOT STAY AT THE SUITE. THE ROOM FLOOR WAS SLICK AND FILTHY, THE BATHTUB HAD WATER IN IT AND MANAGER SAID THAT THEY HAD NO ONE TO CLEAN THE ROOM AND NO OTHER ROOMS AVAILABLE. HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL AND REQUEST REFUND. LATER FOUND THAT MY CARD HAD BEEN PUTON A HOLD FOR $150.00 TWICE AS A DEPOSIT AND HAS NOT YET BEEN RELEASED. SO UPSET.
