They had no toilet paper. The water wouldn’t get hot. The elevator broke.And the bathroom sink and toilet keep clogging. It’s nothing like the pic on the website. I would never stay there again

Don't go there The worst hotel I was ever been to. The hotel made double booking to the room and I entered sleeping guests room. I order two rooms and got only dirty one as they had no clean room and I slept on the floor. The air condition was not working and the room was dirty, oily and public toilet were cleaner than the room I got. At 6 AM house keeping was entering the room without even knockings. Our room was not dirty but it had a very atrong smell of cigarettes, my husband went right away to ask to be changed but the front desk told us that that was the room assigned for us that if we wanted to go she will refund us but it was very late and honestly we couldn't find another hotel available . I have asthma couldn't sleep all night, what i noticed early in the morning when we left was that the hotel parking was almost empty so i am guessing we could have been changed to another room. Staff was nice. Elevator was broken my whole stay. Smoke detectors were broken off and had exposed wiring. Lap shades were broken and falling off light fixtures. Outlet was broken with exposed wiring. Smelled really bad like mildew and musty towels. Carpet was filthy and smelled bad. And there were roaches.

I wasn’t able to check in. The place isn’t open from 11p-7a so if you arrive late, too bad, and they will still let you book after they close even though you can’t check in.
