Hotel is nasty, reeks of pot on every floor, first room we got smelled of stale cigarette smoke, second room was a bit better but remote didn’t work. I wouldn’t stay here ever again place is just run down and gross. Only pro was the super nice lady at the front desk when we checked in.

My family was not able to check in!!! They have to go and find another hotel late at night. I I'm very disappointed

Our room reeked of cigarette smoke smell despite their claim of smoke free facility. The staff assured us that the previous guests were charged extra for violating the smoking policy but I don't see how that compensates my family for the smokey room. They unexpectedly required $100 cash deposit up front because we were using a debit card instead of credit. Apparently they attract guests who cannot pay the bill. Do not stay here! Had to run the clerk down who was out back smoking a cigarette. People walking around without masks. Just didn’t ‘feel’ clean... will never choose this location again.

NO room with NO REFUND I’m never using this site again, they booked me a room and took payment before I even checked in. Made it to the hotel and they had NO rooms available. I’m still trying to get a refund. That’s bad business

Worst in Memphis Wifi was trash wanted me to pay extra for higher speed which didn't make a difference. Sold my original room and made me pay for an additional room fee which was 60 dollars extra so basiclly i paid twice and had to call hotels.com for a refund and yet to get my 60 dollars back for they're mistake of making me book a higher room when paid and booked already. Also phones had 1 bar of service for Verizon and at&t phones. Getting booked took a hour and thirty.
