Not staying there again. The carpet was very stained and we had to kill a very large cockroach in our room. Check in took a very long time, we had to ask for toilet paper, and the coffee area hadn't been wiped down in a long while. Even though we had a Saturday night in Memphis, we checked out and drove 13 hours home instead.

Terrible This was a very uncomfortable stay. First of all they didn’t have the room I reserved so four women had to sleep in one king sized bed. Secondly, the whole building smelt like smoke. There was no toliet paper in the bathroom and they said that we had to go downstairs to get the toliet paper. To replenish towels they also said we had to go downstairs to get more towels and wash rags. The service was decent but overall it was just a terrible experience. The woman at the check in desk would not let me check in and then refused to cancel the room!

Terrible customer service When I made my reservation I added that I needed a room on the first floor near an exit because I have a disability. Upon check in I was out on the second floor. I got to the room and it was not a room with a pull out couch. I called to tell them they put me in the wrong room and they moved me to the 3rd floor as far away from the elevator as possible. (There is no way the hotel was that booked when I made my reservation. This should’ve been made a priority.) THEN THE TOILET DIDNT WORK!!

Worst Stay Ever When we walked in to check in the lobby smelled like marijuana. The clerk at the desk was not friendly and acted like we were inconveniencing her. She sounded like a recording. Was nothing like described in the booking. At 3 am it sounded like they were landing every single plane they had at the airport. Signs outside the lobby doors said no smoking in this area. The clerk and other employees were smoking right there at the door.
