Front desk nightmare and NO HOT WATER The lady at the front desk was so ignorant. Didn’t tell us there was NO HOT WATER until 30 minutes after we checked in to which she responded not my problem maintenance works 8-5. This was 9pm when I was trying to bath the baby after traveling all day. I asked to just refund us so we could elsewhere which she also refused. She was so ignorant. We checked out and called corporate.

They had no hot water during this coronavirus pandemic. Also the mattress on my bad was bad! The bed sunk in on the right side and was stiff in the middle. This created a slope in the bed which made it hard to sleep and gave me back pain.

Bring earplugs and a weapon. This was the noisiest hotel I believe I have ever stayed in. The windows and walls are so poorly constructed that they have no soundproofing at all. The highway is across from the parking lot and you can hear it just as you would if you were to stand outside. It is an extended stay hotel, the first one I have tried so I guess the other tenants/guests forget that there are others there just to get some rest. No cups, glasses or anything in room. Stated King bed on internet only Queen. I would not stay in this hotel again.
