Hotel of horrors The floors are sticky they don’t have a complimentary breakfast like they advertise the checkin lady we had was extremely rude the elevator sounds as if it’s going to lock up or go crashing at any second the stairwell is extremely creepy. I will not be staying her again.

There is trash under the furniture in the Room, they didnt have rooms ready at 3pm and was understaffed for housekeeping which left a long wait for pple, hall carpets were filthy, side doors werent workin & when i went to front desk to get new keys after mine wouldnt work there wasnt anyone at desk for about 40 minutes.

The WiFi was horrible even though I paid for the high speed internet. I couldn’t even stream movies without it disconnecting or buffering.

Where do I start? First, we had a VERY late check-in. We didnt arrive to the location until after 1am. The check-in was fast and easy once she made it to the desk to open the door. Everything went bad once we were trying to get into the room. We tried the key SEVERAL times all ways and was unable to get into the room. This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in My room was not ready after I arrived 1 hour early. I was turn away an told to come back at 3:00 when I came back at 3:00 my room still was not ready for an hour. This use to be a good hotel under a different owner. I will never book it again!

The staff was very nice and helpful but the stay at the hotel was horrible. The first two nights of my stay the police was called for a problem across the from me. I didn’t get much rest, there was some lady and her husband or boyfriend fighting all night. I’ve never been to a hotel where the police was there almost every day for a problem. I was very disappointed.

Allergy alert Entering the hotel you would think it’s very nice and clean. Once you get off elevator you begin to smell either cigarettes or just funk. The bathroom seemed a bit dirty especially the sink area. The noise level was low though so that was good!
