Stay Away Check in took about 45 minutes due to the front desk attendant working on the laundry room and then waiting on people who were behind me because she knew them and not acknowledging that I was there. The non smoking room smelled like smoke and there was bugs in the room and in the shower. Would never stay here again!
Terrible Conditions The experience for one night was awful and unacceptable for a star hotel, The light in the room was filthy, when you turn on the light you could see it. There was roaches in the bathroom and on our bed, we got up and check out of this room. The carpet had big spot that people had waste drinks on the floor. I know all Extended Stays are not like this, put this one is unacceptable.

Not a safe area people walking around checking doors had to leave early after calling the police due to safety concerns

The Place got Roches just Period Point Blank it not worth staying there they need to remodel the whole Place and put a tent over it should not be called Extended Stay Memphis airport it run down

Outside looked good. Walked inside and was filthy and even though it was a non smoking property it reeked of smoke
