Had a late flight in and arrived to hotel around 1130pm. No one at front desk. Called multiple times with no reply. Had to find somewhere else to stay. Several other guests also were left stranded. Very unprofessional

The hotel room was filthy and we had to demand a refund and stay at another hotel.

The room was dirty and kept getting lock out the room.

Not happy Had no surveillance cameras. We had a car broke into and we were shot at and they have to security footage. Took forever to get someone be to come let us in. When we first got there. Also the back side door doesn’t work. Could have really been shot thankfully the door hasn’t closed behind us.

The place smelled horribly of smoke. Elevator was dirty. The room smelled of smoke and the heating system gave off an unclean smell. I will never stay here again

The check-in was smoothe and easy and we needed a roll away aavailable. Con: Staff tried to come in my at 2am with a key. Broke out in bumps (possibly) bed bugs
