If you love the smell of marijuana in the hallways or in the elevator, this is the place. If you want to wake up with big bites on your body, stay here. If you want to stand at the desk and watch the desk clerk ply on their phone for 10 minutes, this is the place. Walk through the front door into a cloud of smoke from the folks smoking right outside the door, go no further. This place was a Super 8 with regular hotel prices. Not worth the money I spent. The front desk girl was very pleasant. We had a couple small issues in our room, but nothing worth moving rooms. We stayed two nights. First night, was late arrival. We set the ac on 60 to cool the room down, and it never cooled down at all. We ran to walmart and bought a fan. Woke up first thing the next morning and went straight to the zoo. Staff was outstanding! Breakfast was nothing and hadn’t been put out yet and we went down around 715am. Finally a gentleman made some coffee. Room was clean, but no coffee pot, cups, shampoo or conditioner. We bring our own toiletries, but for the price and what was listed as amenities was not there. Overall, we were just staying there for a medical procedure so most did not bother me except the breakfast and the coffee.

Front desk clerk was very nice and efficient. Room was not clean. Hair in bathroom counter, bathtub and floor. Room smelled like stale smoke and the cloud of marijuana in the hallway was almost suffocating. Not a pleasant stay with kids!

This hotel is by far , one of the dirtiest places I’ve seen. Upon us walking into our room, the hallway smelled of filth. As we entered the room , I noticed big red spots on the carpet. I opened the door to put some trash in the can. OMG. 3 big COCKROACHES were crawling around. I screamed. I brought it to my husband attention. The property was overbooked. I could not get a room, even though I had a confirmed reservation through Expedia. Not happy at all with the service from Expedia!
