Horrible!!!!! This location is the worst!!! I had issues with the desk clerk ( Micheal ) his attitude and customer service skills are the worse, some type of disciplinary action needs to be taken. Upon checking into the room, my rooms was dirty, the bed wasn't made, and the restroom wasn't cleaned, for Gods sake the t.v was on the table, I couldn't get any tissue, because the hotel was out. unexplained fee Didn’t have a chance to stay even after I booked a room thru this app I was told once I arrived to check in that I had to pay additional $80-$100 saying it was an early check in fee even when it stated on the app that I had from 3pm-5am to check in for that current stay and wasn’t even offered a refund

It has been a close to two years since I last visited and I have stayed quite a few times previous visits. The rooms use to be clean, service was pleasant, this was my go to spot. I would also like to acknowledge the attendant who checked me in the night of 6/10/2020. I apologize for forgetting her name. She had a lobby full of angry customers cursing and disrespecting her for reservations that didn't show and multiple unclean rooms. No fault of her own. The room smelled terrible and a pair of diamond earrings we're stolen off of my nightstand. I called and filed a e-complaint to no avail.

Dirty property. Clerks were fine. Corporate seems racist, as most people staying here were working people of color. The walls were dingy and dirty. Rugs dirty. Lights were dull and inadequate .
