Didn’t have any rooms when I got there and my card was charged anyway

The hotel seemed nice from our first impression, but due to their computers being down they were unable to check us in. The staff member told us cuz we had booked our room thru Orbitz they had no way of confirming our reservation even when I showed him our Orbitz confirmation info on my phone. We waited over 30 minutes while staff attempted to fix the problem with no success. By that time we decided to just drive home even though home was a 3 hour drive away

Hello?? Trying to Get attention at check in. Being the only customer there??! I had to wait while they finished whatever task they were doing in supply closet behind them. Maybe a “ I’ll be with you in a second....” or some Acknowledgement I was there.??! Just sets you off in the wrong direction... like you are bothering them?

Terrific location and beautiful outside. That’s the only positive we have have to say. The real story is inside. Broken smoke detector, dangling exit sign in the ceiling, unfriendly staff, dark hallways and disgustingly filthy everywhere. Dangerous. Do not stay here.
