The property was in good condition. It took three hours to get checked in. Did not have clean towels. Had to go to front desk because the house keeper said the towels weren’t ready. I will make sure to choose another location. That was ridiculous.

Desk is unattended mostly. There was a wild, screaming fight/argument on my floor that went on for over an hour on the night I was there. Calls to front desk were unanswered on this. After about an hour, an employee came up and threatened to have the fighting, screamers arrested and it finally quieted down. The place is a dump and poorly run.

Nasty hotel. Dirty, gross hotel with rude front desk staff

The system was down, The attended was very very rude. An African guy. They have me a room that someone else was in and then they switched the room. Other people staying there cards was not working. The second night I arrived right before the front desk closed and the key card wasn't working if I would have been 10 mins later I would have been locked out for the night. This place is a nightmare.

I booked this hotel mainly for the price and the free wifi. There system way down and there was so wifi at all. The bathtub was so old and dirty that no one used it. The TV only had a small screen within it working.

We were denied service then charged for the stay, stating that we cancelled!! We did not cancel, we were turned away then robbed! Reported to Expedia and they did NOTHING!! NEVER USING EXPEDIA, AND NEVER USING EXTENDED STAY AMERICA, BOTH ENTITIES ARE CORRUPT! BEWARE!
