When we arrived in our room, it was filthy. It hadn't been cleaned.

Nasty nasty nasty rooms smell bad. My room wasn’t cleaned when i checked in they gave me a room in the mean time while my room got cleaned. And then the room they gave me still smelled really bad. The staff at the front desk was nice but this place is a dump it needs some renovation. Big stains in the tubs looked like blood it just needs to be shut down for renovations.

It was unorganized , unprofessional, rust in the tub, only a few towels I was told some was still washing, it was in Germantown Memphis tn which is a nice area I didn’t feel like I got what I paid for !! Never again.

I booked to stay here well over a month ago. I arrived in town late and called when I knew I was going to be checking in late and arrived to the hotel and the guy at the front desk shrugged his shoulders after telling me they’re booked. I proceed to ask well what am I suppose to do if I booked this hotel and had a reservation he looked on the list and said nothing. He was very rude and didn’t even try to help.

This property overbooked which caused me to get placed somewhere else and they still charged my card!
