Could be better The tub wasn’t clean the tv went out whenever I clicked on the guide button and my key cars stopped working after a day so I was locked out for a couple hours

The guest service was terrible, the hotel was nasty on the outside & inside. I booked the room because my boyfriend wanted to prepare food for me... The room had no pots, pans, dishes, nothing that it said the would have. I was told the reason for no utilities was because people stole them.. we where told it would be a full breakfast NO full breakfast just muffins...Our Toilet stopped up there was no plunger anywhere in the hotel. I gave my boyfriend a coat hanger.The beds where hard & pillows where super flat.... I found a ... read more

Rooms were not clean and ready for me to check in whn i arrived at 7:30 pm! I eft to get something to eat, came back with food and they said they didn't have a y more rooms! After arguing that i had been there earlier and wasnt able to check in because the rooms weren't clean, they suddenly had a room for me!!

There was an attendant that was working on the morning of the 17th of December. I had extended my reservation an extra evening and wanted to go ahead and check in so that I wouldn't have to leave work to come back at 11:00. I have stayed at Extended Stay over 6 months this year, and done this every time. At first, he said he couldn't check me in before 3:00pm and would have to charge me $10/hr. I did not enjoy this property AT ALL! When I got the key to my first hotel room someone was already in it and I felt like that was very unsafe even though it was handled positively. When I went back downstairs to it took 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk and when he did come he was very nonchalant about her being in my room as if it was nothing. Good location. However, as soon as we walked in to lobby to check in, smelled like marijuana the entire time we waited in line to check in. Check in took forever. The guy at the front desk was so hard to understand and was no help at all. The people in front of me AND behind me were getting frustrated also because we could hardly understand the man checking us in. Our room had a nasty kitchen sink, the carpet needed vacuumed and had big stains all over it. The bed was not comfy at all. There were multiple hairs in the shower... read more
