This particular property was not up to standards, it is extremely outdated, terrible service, not enough staff, & etc. Definitely not worth the money you pay and I will never stay here again.
I requested a baby bed. It is on my reservation. At arrival there was no baby bed. The hotel staff said they NEVER had baby beds. The day before arrival I called to confirm there would be a baby bed. No one said there would not be a baby bed and the phone attendant said they say on line I requested a baby bed. This room was for my daughter and baby, but without a baby bed, she left to sleep elsewhere. I would like a room credit or cash return.
There were no glasses or cups in the room. You had to ask for them at the front desk. The air conditioner was broke, and although it was checked it never did work. We stayed the second night there only because we had attended my father's funeral and I was to exhausted to move to another hotel for one night.
I made my reservation weeks in advance and drove over 4 hours with my wife and 3 kids. When we arrived and I went to check in the lady at the front desk informed me that they had no rooms available and since we didn’t arrive before 6pm they gave my room away. What kind of customer service is that!! I also blame Expedia since they were no help!!!!
Would not stay at an Extended Stay America again It was not clean, had to ask for a hair dryer that should have been in the room, no breakfast to speak of, had to get clean towels daily at the front desk, and the front desk answered personal calls at check-in to name a few bad things.
when I arrived the hotel staff was extremely rude. They were in a conversation with another employee and only thing they would say is that there was no rooms available and then went back to there conversation. There was no apology or help to find another hotel. This was an absolute failure of customer service
I was told nothing about the property (except for wireless password) upon check-in. I was not told the times for breakfast. I was not told what other amenities existed in this hotel. I was not even told how to get to my room. I had to ask, “I guess my room is this way?” Walls to guest rooms were paper thin and you could hear everyone and everything outside your guest room.
