The front attendant spoke broken English and was rude. The entire building smelled like smoked marijuana and the staff said it was fine.

Air ducts & heating/air conditioning unit was dusty. Carpets has a lot of dust. The air quality of the hotel smells mildewy.

Shit time Housekeeping didn’t have my room ready at 5pm and when it was (at 6pm) there was a used Magnum condom wrapper in my son’s bed. Been trying to get ahold of extended stay to get some compensation but they won’t respond.

The room wasn’t ready so I went to another hotel and I still got charged as if I stayed there!

The room smelled of past meals cooked. The shower knob came off and was stripped. There was no grab bar in shower and the friction lining on the bathtub floor was worn, creating a slip and fall hazard.

The room smelt like roman noodles soaked through the walls and bedding. We only had one set of towels the whole stay. And when asked for a new set the didn't have any towels available. The breakfast advertised wasn't the case. They only had literally dusty bags of oatmeal, and coffee (no cups available). The personnel service was limited and when interacted (horrible) not helpful!

The reason I was displeased with my stay, the entire hallway smelled like marijuana. Anytime I opened my door, the smell would permeate my room. My room was clean, the staff was great, but......

There is nothing I like or dislike about the property as I did not use any of them except sleeping. During the check in, the lady at the counter was very unprofessional and showed clear signs of racial descrimination for their own mistake. I was asked to sign on an empty sheet which was extension to the original agreement which I refused. I asked her whether I can sign at the the bottom of the first page itself and she insisted to sign on the page 2 which is empty except 'guest sign' it looks it was their software problem wh... read more
