Nakita and Flora made my stay at this location very easy and comfortable. I definitely recommend for individuals and families. I will be back to visit in the future.

Honestly I said I’d never go to another extended stay after the way I was treated at the last one the one in Cordova off Germantown Pkwy and Dexter Rd. They were overly rude and just nasty to me when I stayed there for two weeks and paying that amount of money you would think they could be somewhat nice but I will never go back there but decided to give the one off Poplar Ave (Germantown West) a try and they go above and beyond they are always nice and smiling and greet you. Staff were wonderful. We came in late and the front desk was friendly and very helpful. Each time we met staff they were friendly. Unfortunate the building and rooms need help. The bathroom had mold on the shower curtain and on the ceiling. Some of the bedding had hair on, which left me wondering hair that got stuck on in the wash (which is very possibe) or was the bedding not changed. Great location in Germantown. Many places to go very close.
Just fine for the price. Kitchen is a plus. Give De’borah a raise she’s great.
