Nakita and Flora made my stay at this location very easy and comfortable. I definitely recommend for individuals and families. I will be back to visit in the future.

Front desk worker was very nice and helpful. I just wish you all will have better breakfast food
Honestly I said I’d never go to another extended stay after the way I was treated at the last one the one in Cordova off Germantown Pkwy and Dexter Rd. They were overly rude and just nasty to me when I stayed there for two weeks and paying that amount of money you would think they could be somewhat nice but I will never go back there but decided to give the one off Poplar Ave (Germantown West) a try and they go above and beyond they are always nice and smiling and greet you.
