We got there late at night around12:30AM after a long and stormy drive. We went into the lobby to check in where there was no clerk. There was no bell or any obvious way to get their attention. My husband clapped his hands loudly to get someone’s attention, the clerk came out and yelled at him saying, “There are people living here you need to be quiet.” Once we got to our room, the bathroom knob was broken and came off in our hand. I don't understand the high rating on this property. If you are a couple or a family I would NOT recommend this hotel. The majority of the patrons are construction workers and truck drivers. The parking lot is full of work vehicles and trucks with trailers. My wife and I checked in around 10:30 PM and there were several men "loitering" in the parking lot. I called and called tried to cancel to do other dates now I am stuck paying $710 for a room I did not stay in

Not much sleep…… Around midnight there were people in the hallway smoking dope and smell came into my room. I turned on the bathroom fan but it only made it worse. Not a good night.

Run down property For the price the hotel met our need of a place to sleep overnight. Butvthe condition of the property was very bad. The exterior entryway had colllapsed so there was police tape all over the entrance and the elevator was "out of order" so we carried our bags up the stairs. We usually stay at a Hampton Inn when we are in Memphis and will be going back to that.

Terrible We were suppose to have a double suite and needed up with a king suite, which didn’t work out well for having kids with us

They're in need of an upgrade and a better cleaning crew, BUT the staff was very nice. Main issue is the cleaniness of the rooms. I decided not to stay in the room and got my refund back with no issues

Horrible unsanitary filthy experience PLace was old dirty and felt and looked not clean. staff was nice but i could not stay even 2 hours there due to the filth and smell. I checked out and manager gave me a refund
